I work in a factory that can get pretty hot during summer. I've got two ventilators to ensure air movement in my shop. I also bought special sports clothes and feel way more comfortable during work no matter how hot it is. Today it measured 27C (80F) and I was quite okay but since I drove home I kept feeling worse and worse. I've got all the symptoms except I haven't keeled over yet. Thanks for all the tips.
